Our Plants
We specialise in growing quality perennials, shrubs, and trees for the application of commercial landscaping. It’s important for us to grow sustainably, and we are aiming to be fully peat-free by the end of 2023. We are undertaking extensive trials at our nurseries to find the best possible peat-free growing media.
Sundries

Greenwood Specification
As well as speedy delivery, we ensure our plants meet the ‘Greenwood Specification’ for their pot size and recommended height. Our Greenwood Specification is a guide to specifying plants, based on pot sizes and heights, as well as detailed descriptions of each plant, their light requirements, and wildlife benefits. It also provides useful information on landscaping best practice, with regards to growing media, irrigation, or weed control, as well as identifying common pests and diseases.
Watch It Grow
Watch It Grow is our contract growing service that gives you the reassurance of knowing your selected plants will be available in a designated timeframe. With our new peat-free growing media, Watch It Grow allows you to plan more sustainable planting schemes with confidence. Watch It Grow includes regular photographic updates of your plants through our Tender Tool app, so you can see how your plants are progressing.
Greenwood Choice is our trade sales centre at Fresh Acres nursery in Walberton, West Sussex. The greenhouse is open six days a week and filled with great looking plants—perfect for providing instant impact on fast turnaround projects.
